Collateral: 1st or 2nd lien position on the property.
Down payment: 10%
Fees: Borrower will be responsible for expenses without limitation,
including legal fees at closing.

Repayment: The repayment schedule will be interest only payment and balloon payment of
the principal at the end of the loan duration or principal and interest payment (Amortized)
. Payment could be structured monthly, quarterly or annually. Payment instruction will be provided by the lender.
The rental income should be able to service the loan repayment in full.

Fees: Borrower will be responsible for expenses without limitation, including legal fees at closing.
